Carson Physical Therapy announces it's Concierge Membership Program. This new program is designed for (1) those seeking "year-round" care that mixes physical therapy and wellness, (2) those that, for one reason or another, wish to avoid using their insurance for physical therapy (say, a large deductible); or (3) those without insurance who need a flexible payment plan.

Typical candidates include:

• Clients who want to maintain the results they've achieved in physical therapy and continue to "get better and stay better" even after their initial course of therapy is done.
  
• Clients without insurance can join and defray costs of their treatment over the course of a year.
• Clients hunting a sports performance program for return to sport after an ACL repair or a Shoulder surgery and need an "advanced recovery" program, will find it perfect for them as well.
• Clients that have a personal trainer and go get massages on a regular basis will enjoy the cost savings on this program as well.
  

Concierge Membership includes:
24 Sixty Minute Physical Therapy Sessions per year ($2400 value) --this may be divided (as desired) into treatments, personal training, or massage.

After care visits for follow up, flare-ups, and new conditions. Based on our findings (and as necessary) we will refer you back to your doctor and help you secure an appointment with that physician (up to 12 visits per year).

Membership in our Medically Oriented Gym

Home or office ergonomic assessment (one per year; $200 value)

Cost:  $2400 per year billed as $200/per person per month (Billed automatically each month). Typically less than a monthly insurance premium.
